WildLandscapes East Africa
Description
WildLandscapes East Africa’s mission is to deliver practical, high-impact conservation solutions across East Africa’s most complex and ecologically important landscapes. Based in Kenya, WLEA works in close partnership with communities, conservancies, and conservation leaders to strengthen existing efforts, address gaps where progress has stalled, and support approaches that are grounded in local realities. Through a hands-on, flexible model and deep regional experience, WLEA focuses on restoring lost species, reconnecting fragmented habitats, and reinforcing the ecological and institutional systems that allow landscapes to function over the long term. By bringing resources, technical support, and sustained presence closer to the ground, WLEA aims to help ecosystems recover and thrive while supporting conservation models that are resilient, locally led, and built to last.
