
Lucie Rémillard
Lucie has been leading highly successful philanthropic organisation in Canada, France, and the USA. Her experience spans every dimension of development, across a wide range of sectors.
She has served in several senior leadership positions: leading communications and the annual campaign at United Way of Greater Montreal, serving as Executive Director of External Affairs at the Neuro (affiliated with McGill University), President and CEO of the Sainte-Justine Hospital Foundation, Chief Development Officer at the American Hospital of Paris and CEO of its New York Foundation. She also became the founding President and CEO of United Way Tocqueville France and served on the United Way Worldwide Leadership Advisory Committee. Under her leadership, these organizations achieved exceptional growth.
Since 2011, she has worked as an independent strategic consultant for major organizations and philanthropists.
She received AFP’s Outstanding Career in Philanthropy Award in 2016, is among the first Canadians to earn the CFRE accreditation and holds the ICD.D designation granted to experienced board director.
